"Downton" at Cranbrook

CNN recently highlighted Cranbrook House and Gardens as one of six “U.S. estates for the ‘Downton’ lover“ as part of a piece entitled “'Downton' in America: 6 big estates.” The Booth Family and their home were both highlighted in the piece. Other families and homes included the Rockefellers at “Kykuit” in the Hudson Valley in New York, and the Douglas family at “Brucemore” in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

BLOOMFIELD HILLS – (Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013) Transforming science learning and strengthening academic performance among middle school students within Detroit Public Schools is the focus of a partnership launched with the support of a one-year, $150,000 grant from the Bosch Community Fund to the Cranbrook Educational Community.
