Employment

Welcome and thank you for considering employment at Cranbrook Educational Community.

I often say that I have the greatest job in the world; for me, that is because at its heart, Cranbrook is all about transformational education. Whether at our PK-12th grade independent Schools or graduate Art Academy, whether through our summer camps or Horizons Upward Bound program, or in our public facing programs at the Science Institute, Museum, Center for Collections and Research or House and Gardens, we teach and learn here every day. And no matter one’s area of expertise or walk of life, nothing is more inspiring – or transformational - than following our curiosity and sharing authentic and meaningful discoveries amid learners of all ages, backgrounds and affinities.

In every part of Cranbrook, everyone with whom I work plays a crucial part in Cranbrook’s educational enterprise – from groundskeepers and tradesmen and women to accountants and safety officers, from teachers and artists-in-residence to administrative personnel. In full and part-time capacities, we are a Community, and in every type of work we do, we honor each other, strive for excellence in what we together do, and are invested in each learner’s magical journey on this beautiful and historic campus.

I am thrilled about your interest in bringing your gifts and passion to Cranbrook. Thank you for exploring our employment opportunities.

Sincerely,

Aimeclaire Roche
